Business is About Powerful Connections

A service suceeds when it is making significant numbers of people feel their lives are somehow better than they would have been without that service. The role of marketing is to ask, How might we do that? How might we make people feel better? What is it they want, and need, and how might we answer that?

In meeting that need we suceed not in just making money, but in experiencing the great satisfaction that comes in servicing someone other than yourself.

Business is about people.

To make and keep a sale, make and keep a powerful connection.
